Copa 7 App

Copa 7 may use internet access to display football news, match information, standings, favorites, notifications, and in-app purchases. Favorites and app preferences may be stored locally on the user's device. Copa 7 does not sell personal data. If users enable notifications, the app may use notification permissions to send match reminders and related alerts.

BuyList MarketCheck (iOS)

BuyList MarketCheck helps users create and manage shopping lists, markets, products, prices, quantities, tasks, routines, and app preferences. This information is generally stored locally on the user’s device.

Premium List Sharing

When a user enables Premium list sharing, the user voluntarily provides a display name and username. When sharing a shopping list, BuyList transmits the sender and recipient usernames, store name, product names, descriptions, prices, quantities, list dates, and related notifications to the BuyList Share API operated by SOFTWARE & REDES CORP.

This information is stored on our server only to register Premium list-sharing access and to send, receive, and download shared shopping lists. A private authentication credential is stored on the user’s device and is used to authorize access to shared information.

In-App Purchases

Monthly Premium subscriptions and Lifetime Premium purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. SOFTWARE & REDES CORP does not receive or store payment card information. The app may store Premium entitlement status locally and on our server to enable the purchased features.

Microphone and Speech Recognition

BuyList may request microphone and speech-recognition permissions when the user initiates a voice feature for tasks or reminders. Audio is processed using Apple’s speech-recognition services. BuyList does not retain raw microphone audio on our server.

Data Use and Retention

BuyList data is used only to provide app functionality, Premium access, list sharing, support, security, and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data or use BuyList data for third-party advertising.

Server data is retained only as necessary to provide list-sharing functionality, support, and security. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their BuyList server data by contacting support@softwareyredescorp.com.

BuyList (Android)

BuyList for Android may use internet access to display product information, shopping references, third-party retailer links, user preferences, and related app content. The app may store favorites, search preferences, and app settings locally on the user's device. BuyList does not sell personal data.

QDigital (iOS and Android)

QDigital is a personal reflection and wellbeing application developed by SOFTWARE & REDES CORP. The app does not require account registration or user login.

Information entered by the user, including their name, daily responses, emotions, intentions, personal phrases, saved days, journey progress, preferences, and other self-reflection content, is stored locally on the user’s device.

SOFTWARE & REDES CORP does not receive, transmit, sell, rent, share, or use this personal content for advertising, profiling, or marketing analytics.

Users can edit or delete individual saved days and can erase all locally stored QDigital information by using the “Start Over” option inside the app. Removing the app may also remove locally stored information, subject to the device operating system and backup settings.

Local Backups

QDigital allows users to create and restore local backups of their personal journey on the same device. These backups are not uploaded to SOFTWARE & REDES CORP servers and are not shared with third parties.

QuererTE Premium

QDigital offers an optional feature called “QuererTE Premium” as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription.

Payments are processed securely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. QDigital may receive purchase status and transaction identifiers required to unlock or restore Premium access. SOFTWARE & REDES CORP does not receive or store payment card or banking information.

Advertising and Tracking

QDigital does not contain third-party advertising and does not use behavioral tracking, marketing profiles, or third-party analytics.

Music and Audio

Music and audio included in QDigital are played from content bundled with the application. QDigital does not require microphone access to play this content.

Wellbeing Information

QDigital provides personal reflection and general wellbeing content. It does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, professional counseling, or emergency services.

If a user believes they may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, they should contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

Third-Party Services

QDigital may communicate with Google Play or the Apple App Store only when necessary to process or restore an optional Premium purchase. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Protection

SR7 Widget: Siete

SR7 Widget: Siete is a personalization application that provides a home-screen widget, an analog clock, local photo album features, weather information, alarms, reminders, optional quick-app shortcuts, and optional Premium emotive messaging.

Information Stored Locally

SR7 Widget: Siete stores the following information on the user's device to provide its features: widget settings, selected Miami-Dade zone, temperature and clock-format preferences, saved weather coordinates, selected character settings, alarms, reminders, reminder text, locally selected photo-album images, selected quick-app package identifiers, and Premium message preferences and messages. This information is not uploaded to SOFTWARE & REDES CORP unless the user uses the optional Premium messaging feature described below.

Photos and Album

When a user adds photographs to the SR7 photo album, the application keeps an app-private copy on the user's device so the selected image can appear in the widget and album. SR7 Widget: Siete does not upload, sell, share, or use these photographs for advertising or marketing. Users can remove photographs from the album within the application. Uninstalling the application may remove locally stored images, subject to the device operating system and backup settings.

Location and Weather

Users may select a Miami-Dade zone manually or enable automatic location. If automatic location is enabled, SR7 Widget: Siete requests location permission while the application is in use to identify a general zone and retrieve weather conditions. The application does not display or store a street address. Geographic coordinates used for weather refreshes are stored locally on the device.

To provide weather data, the application sends the selected or stored geographic coordinates and the selected temperature unit to the Open-Meteo weather service. Open-Meteo and any device geocoding service operate under their own privacy policies. SR7 Widget: Siete does not sell location data or use it for advertising or profiling.

Alarms, Reminders, and Notifications

Alarms, reminders, and their text are stored locally on the device. The application may request notification permission to deliver reminders, alarm-related notifications, and optional Premium message notifications. Alarm sounds are played on the device. SR7 Widget: Siete does not send alarm or reminder content to SOFTWARE & REDES CORP.

Quick-App Shortcuts

If the user chooses to configure quick-app shortcuts, SR7 Widget: Siete reads the names and package identifiers of launchable applications installed on the device solely to let the user choose up to four shortcuts for the widget. This information remains on the device and is not transmitted to SOFTWARE & REDES CORP or sold to third parties.

Optional Premium Emotive Messaging

SR7 Widget: Siete includes an optional Premium emotive messaging feature. When a user chooses to use this feature, the application may transmit the user's generated SR7 user code, display name, recipient user code, message text, selected visual settings, message timestamps, device platform, and an available notification token to the SR7 messaging service operated by SOFTWARE & REDES CORP. This information is used only to register the optional messaging feature, send and receive messages, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Premium messaging data may be retained on SOFTWARE & REDES CORP servers only as necessary to operate delivery, security, support, and deletion functions. Users may delete messages in the application and may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable server-side Premium messaging data by contacting support@softwareyredescorp.com. SOFTWARE & REDES CORP does not sell Premium messaging data or use it for third-party advertising.

No Sale or Advertising Profiling

SR7 Widget: Siete does not sell personal data and does not use user photographs, location, reminders, installed-app shortcut choices, or Premium message content for behavioral advertising or marketing profiling.
